Best Student Poster/Paper Award & Competition

Win a $750 Prize!

Overview:

A Best Student Paper Award and a Best Student Poster Award with a Prize of $750 (seven hundred fifty US Dollar) will be given to each of the winners of the competitions among students at the 2nd IAEE Eurasian Conference.

To be eligible to participate in the competition for the Award and the Prize, applicants must be at the time of the Conference students pursuing applied energy research in a graduate (Master) or a post-graduate (Ph.D.) program at a recognized institution of higher learning, who attend the Conference in person and participate in it by either submitting a contribution to one of the Conference’s Concurrent Sessions or to the Student Poster Session, and personally presenting the paper or the poster to the Conference.

Papers or posters competing for the Award and the Prize must meet the following criteria:

    • The paper or the poster is the result of original research carried out during 2015-2017, wherein the main contribution of the candidate is clearly demonstrated.
    • In co-authored papers or posters, all the authors must apply jointly to the competition for the Award and the Prize, whereby only co-authors who are students are eligible to receive the Prize. It is preferred to have students as the sole authors.
